SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All our online orders are either shipped with Australia Post or Sendle depending on your region and your delivery address. If you prefer a particular form of delivery please contact us before making your order & we’ll organise it for you.
We will provide you an estimate date for delivery of all parcels. While we do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time, all dates specified are estimates only. We believe we work with courier companies that do their best at delivering parcels within their estimated dates.
We strive to dispatch all received orders with 2 business days (Monday to Friday). In some cases we can dispatch by the next day.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We currently do not ship outside of Australia on a regular basis. However, if you would like to process any orders outside of Australia please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org & let us know where you would like to ship to. We will contact you as soon as possible quoting shipping & other details.
Please note we take no responsibility of any items we post outside of Australia and liability is on the buyer’s.
It is your responsibility to input the correct address upon checkout. We take no responsibility on incorrect addresses. If you have noticed you’ve input the incorrect address within 30-60mins please contact us immediately and we will do our best to intercept fulfilment & adjust the address.
PARCELS THAT DO NOT ARRIVE
If your parcel does not arrive, please inform Bearded Brothers Espresso immediately. Once we know that your parcel has not arrived we will take the necessary steps with the delivery company to resolve it. We will not be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately, if an item has been lost inn transit. It will be dispatched solely at our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
As coffee beans are perishables, we do not accept and returns or exchanges due to health & safety.
However, any non perishable items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery at the customers expense.

*We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used and are without original packaging. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without packaging, the customer should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return or exchange.
